In this session, we’ll show the power of Drupal in making data more accessible so that it can drive better decisions in the housing industry.
Researchers at McGill University’s School of Architecture were looking for a way to show builders, architects, policy makers, and the public how to use data about existing housing projects to drive better decision-making.
The result is the Data Homebase project, which harnesses generated data from millions of property listings to facilitate informed decision-making. We’ll show how we took these goals and designed a tool to promote the circular economy in housing by visualizing the environmental sustainability impact of different building materials and design choices.
Come to this design feedback session to see a showcase of this followed by three rounds of feedback from the audience where you can participate, stimulating discussion and collaboration.
